Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise communicated.
Dispatch times may vary during launches, high-volume periods, or pre-orders.

Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and may vary by location.
Once dispatched, YEC is not responsible for courier delays, weather issues, weather-related disruptions, or operational interruptions outside our control.

The customer is fully liable for any additional shipping fees for reshipment.
-
No refunds will be issued for orders shipped to an incorrect customer-provided address.

The customer is liable for any re-delivery or re-shipment fees.
-
If the parcel is returned to YEC, the customer must pay a new shipping fee for reshipment.
-
YEC will not issue refunds for failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability.
